Sara Evans holds a doctorate in theology

from the University of Otago. She is interested in helping people articulate their beliefs through theological reflection, telling stories, and cultivating beauty. When not writing and researching, Sara can generally be found baking or running. She’s more frequently known as Dr. Mum than Dr. Evans, and the New Zealand debate over pronouncing her name is ongoing.

The Key Podcast

serves to equip the church by making theological education more widely available. Each episode explores fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith in accessible, bite size chunks of time. It’s easy to fit into your day, offering a chance to grow in your knowledge of God, the faith, and the church. Together with Sara and other listeners, your understanding of God will be deepened, so that you might experience greater intimacy in your relationship with Him, worship more fully, and take the Gospel to the world. For more resources and interaction you can become a patron at Patreon.com/thekeypodcast. Whether you’re serving in the limelight, an experienced theologian, or someone clinging to the faith in days steeped in mundane tasks, I think you’ll find something worth hearing on The Key.
